The property is very well located in Nishi Shinjuku area and clean. The room might be small for certain people but it was very fine in size for us (2 people) and had all the facilities including bathtub, TV, AC, locker, fridge and amenities (toothbrush, comb, etc.). I could open up my big suitcase as well as small one and place all my stuff in the space/wardrobe. There’s enough space under the table to place a big suitcase and two small one. The bed was comfortable. The huge glass windows provided enough light in the room. Fresh towels and even house pyjamas are provided everyday. The room was cleaned everyday and even if you have do not disturb sign, you get new pyjamas placed in front of your room. Extra amenities like coffee, mouthwash, bath-salts etc. were quite smartly placed near reception so guests can take as much as needed and nothing goes waste. They also have washing machine, ice machine in the building. There’s one restaurant/cafe in the building. There is eleven in the same building so you don’t have to go far to shop food and basic stuff. A very well equipped, calm hotel in a good location. I had extremely pleasant 5 nights stay and would recommend the hotel.

The hotel is in a good area that's nice and clean, well lit, and safe, but just 1 stop on the subway, or 10 mins away from the chaos of Shinjuku. There are 2 subway stations within 5 mins walk. One on the M line and one on the E line so you can get to pretty much anywhere very easily. Also a lot of the bus tours to Mt Fuji etc do their pick up by the Love statue which is 5 mins walk from the hotel. The hop on hop off buss tour also has a stop there. Tokyo Metropolitan Government building is 5 mins walk away and has a free observatory on the 45th floor that is worth a visit. The hotel has a 24hr seven-11 on the ground floor and there are probably 10 convenience stores and coffee shops within a 2 minute walk. Breakfast was really good, loads of options, I had maybe 4 courses and a few coffees so good value for money there. The room was a standard double and was a bit small, but not so much that it was an issue. If I return to Tokyo I would probably stay here again

The staff were very friendly and approachable for queries. Very accommodating with any needs or requirements you may have. Facilities are great, have 711 located bf1 for your convenience and laundry services and a vending machine to help yourself to. Location is just a 14 min walk to Shinjuku being helpful to skip those peak train commuting periods. With plenty of tasty restaurants in the surround area of the hotel, ramen, izakayas you name it. Room was spacious for Tokyo hotel rooms, bed was comfortable. Rooms kept clean with top up of amenities. Will recommend to any friends.

The location was good, a short walk from Nishi-Shinjuku Station. The room was small but clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was my personal favourite part of the hotel - it was quite spacious and more comfortable to use than most other hotels we stayed at during our trip. 7-11 in the basement was very convenient and we grabbed a lot of quick meals/snacks there on days when we were hungry later at night/busy in the morning.

Ellie

The location of the hotel was close to the Nishi-Shinjuku metro station - an easy 4-5 minutes walk, which was excellent. The room was fairly spacious (but we booked one of the larger rooms available), especially by Japanese standards. The hotel has a wide range of free amenities for the the guests to use. There are 6 washing-drying machines available for the guests to use, on 2 separate floors.
