Restaurant/places to eat in Daiwa Roynet Hotel Nishi-Shinjuku PREMIER
Bathroom in Daiwa Roynet Hotel Nishi-Shinjuku PREMIER
Property building in Daiwa Roynet Hotel Nishi-Shinjuku PREMIER
Daiwa Roynet Hotel Nishi-Shinjuku is well situated for the traveller with amenities such as a super market, easy access to transportation, a restaurant and laundromat facilities within the hotel, convenience stores, lots of places to eat hidden among and often in the large office towers that surround the hotel within a 10 to 15 minute walk. The reception staff were helpful, friendly and welcoming. I’m sorry. I did get the young lady’s name who helped me with some forms I needed to fill out but she was extremely patient and helpful. The beds, bathroom and room were clean and the cleaning staff were always cheerful and friendly. The hotel is only one train stop from Shinjuku Station where you will find all the bright lights and sounds of that area but I wanted to stay in a bit quieter area and it was exactly what I wanted. You will see in Nishi-Shinjuku that this is where many so called salary men and women go to their jobs in these tall skyscrapers with the types of places to eat that cater to this crowd so I found that was quite interesting observing this on a daily basis. Overall if you are looking for a bit quieter area without the bright lights and sounds of Shinjuku but only one train stop away and better value this place checks all those boxes. The breakfast was good with many different choices western and Japanese offerings.

The property is very well located in Nishi Shinjuku area and clean. The room might be small for certain people but it was very fine in size for us (2 people) and had all the facilities including bathtub, TV, AC, locker, fridge and amenities (toothbrush, comb, etc.). I could open up my big suitcase as well as small one and place all my stuff in the space/wardrobe. There’s enough space under the table to place a big suitcase and two small one. The bed was comfortable. The huge glass windows provided enough light in the room. Fresh towels and even house pyjamas are provided everyday. The room was cleaned everyday and even if you have do not disturb sign, you get new pyjamas placed in front of your room. Extra amenities like coffee, mouthwash, bath-salts etc. were quite smartly placed near reception so guests can take as much as needed and nothing goes waste. They also have washing machine, ice machine in the building. There’s one restaurant/cafe in the building. There is eleven in the same building so you don’t have to go far to shop food and basic stuff. A very well equipped, calm hotel in a good location. I had extremely pleasant 5 nights stay and would recommend the hotel.

The bathroom was great and the room size is good considering the location. It's a 5 minute walk from the nearest station [ could be even less if you catch a green light at the cross walk]. It's clean and modern and the cleaning staff is very nice and careful with the belongings. The 7/11 downstairs is super convenient. Bed is a good balance of not too soft but not back breaking hard and the usb charging right at the headrest is very useful. But there are not many charging areas available so I recommend bringing an extension cord. There are washing machines on two floors, vending machines and microwaves on one floor and a restaurant. The TV has HDMI and mirorring is also possible. You can walk from the hotel to the "middle" of Shinjuku/to Shinjuku station in about 20 minutes give or take.

Alexandra

The staff were very friendly and approachable for queries. Very accommodating with any needs or requirements you may have. Facilities are great, have 711 located bf1 for your convenience and laundry services and a vending machine to help yourself to. Location is just a 14 min walk to Shinjuku being helpful to skip those peak train commuting periods. With plenty of tasty restaurants in the surround area of the hotel, ramen, izakayas you name it. Room was spacious for Tokyo hotel rooms, bed was comfortable. Rooms kept clean with top up of amenities. Will recommend to any friends.

The location was good, a short walk from Nishi-Shinjuku Station. The room was small but clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was my personal favourite part of the hotel - it was quite spacious and more comfortable to use than most other hotels we stayed at during our trip. 7-11 in the basement was very convenient and we grabbed a lot of quick meals/snacks there on days when we were hungry later at night/busy in the morning.
